guilty :o but I don't recal jumping on that bandwagon...I try to be more rational with Oswego now

Really? I'm an avid hockey fan, grew up with RPI D1 hockey (which is climbing out of a hole right now), and a devils fan (one of the worst teams in hockey this year). I'm not freaking out, i made a typo. Quit trying to make that something its not.

Well, 8-0 is a big deal, after all. But no question - there seemed to be a general overconfidence that the Lakers would roll Utica, and after tonight, it turned out to be a satisfyingly decent game.

Pssst - Badger. New game, new season. One game hath never defined a season. Plattsburgh was supposed to beat us last week, in that case.

Anyone expecting Oswego to roll Utica in one of the toughest places to play in the country was delusional

I know that a trip to the Aud is like going into the 4th rung of Hell. Take the win and never look back. New Laker fan has to realize you aren't going to win 7-1 or 6-0 every night.

Hobart steamrolling Neumann, it's 7-2. Knights winning the PIM battle 48-18, so it looks like they'll retain the hardcore belt.

UW-Stevens Point and St. Norbert scoreless through two periods.

UW-Stout is beating St. Scholastica 3-1, through one period.

Gustavus Adolphus is beating St. Olaf 2-1, midway through the second.

St. Thomas is beating Augsburg 2-0, midway through the second.

MSOE is beating Marian 3-1, somewhere in the second.

Finally, Elmira and Curry have begun playing. It's scoreless early in the first.

Anyone else hate the new official title for Brockport being "The College at Brockport- the State University of New York?" How pompous and arrogant of them. :rolleyes:

To which I made the point of Plattsburgh having needed to beat us in our barn last week (ALSO what happened when Oswego won the National Championship).:rolleyes:
Apparently if I'm a new kid, your elderly state in posting failed in understanding my sarcastic, yet pointed multiple responses. Steady on, ol' boy.;)

Didn't think I'd say this... last week... but the Lakers need to be careful and take care of Morrisville before thinking of any SUNYAC-defining wins against Geneseo.

That being said, I'm perfectly okay with a SUNYAC result that has Oswego as the 1 seed and Geneseo as the 2...
