Per Marian's website, Marian beat MSOE 3-0 this evening.

EDIT: Apparently this was a non-conference game this weekend.

As bad as Plattsburgh played in the 2nd period, Williams returned the favor in the 3rd. I thought the early Platty goal in the 3rd period got the Cards motor revving and set Williams back on their heels for the remainder of the game. the game winner was a nice face off play against a Williams unit that could not change due to clearing the puck out of play. Platty got a good matchup and capitalized.

Williams learned a good lesson that you can't ever relax against a desperate opponent. Now they need to file this game under experience learned and take the battle to a higher than a kite Babson team on Tuesday.
