Period ends 0-0. Not a bad road period. We had some chances but have not been able to finish yet this weekend.
40 minute to go.

I grew up in the middle of nowhere; I thought hometown referees were done and over with after high school sports.

Then again, how many refs want to travel to Alaska to ref a hockey game?

I would imagine not too many, and therein lies part of the problem, IMO.

RPI leads in shots 9-7 and in faceoffs 17-6. We have improved a lot in faceoffs this season.

Coupla dumb questions here, I just walked in from watching Wisconsin play sixty-five minutes of absolutely sloppy hockey. :mad:

- Is WRPI cutting out every minute or so for anyone else, or is that my crummy internet connection? (I think it's the latter, just figured I'd check.)

- Are there live stats anywhere? I didn't see a link on either RPI or UA_'s schedule.

WRPI is not cutting out. I'm listening on the 16k version.

Yeah, I figured the problem was on my end. I was already down on the 64k, and even the 16 is cutting out. This is what I get for sharing a router with someone who streams videos all the time.

Number 11 for RPI is strong. He was skating behind the UA_ net, and a Nanook was draped all over him, arms wrapped around him, and there is no call.

Uh Dan...... have you seen Ralph and I post on here? Believe me, you're not clogging up the thread here. In fact, it's comforting to know I'm not the only one listening to this.
