Who was the genius who decided that the Engineers needed to change their colors? They look like Sacred Heart out there! It has always been red and white or red and black. Why now, do we decide to go with silver/grey?

Just answering my own question. It is one of the differences in rules NHL vs NCAA. On faceoffs, the team in the defending zone (in this case, RPI) needs to put their stick down first. They are given one warning and if they fail to do so again it is a bench minor.
 
RPI wins 2-1, but I didn't like the way they sat back in the third and almost gave it away.
I'll take the win, but we are going to have to play a lot better in the ECAC.
 
The delay of game penalty on us should have been called on the linesman. He is one of the worst at dropping the puck I have seen in a long time. Sorry to see that last goal get in. Marshall played well and deserved a shutout. But a win on the road is a win on the road. Bad 20 minutes followed by a more than adequate 40 minutes and we have still not lost a game in regulation time!
