This is our first true road game (Union not withstanding). A game we can and perhaps even should win. 5 games played including the exhibition and no losses in regulation time. i abhor the way OT is played and that goes for the games we might win that way also. Let's Go Red!!!!!!!!!!

RPI women up 1-0 over #9 Providence after 1 period at HFH.

Still 1-0 after 2, despite an onslaught by Providence. Rampado has clearly stepped in to the long tradition of outstanding RPIW goalies.

Who are these girls?? RPI ladies over Providence 2-0

To say that they are not the team of 2019-2020 is, ummm....an understatement? Big changeover in the roster. But also some returning talent including a great goalie. But something else that we have not seen in a long time...the ability to finish around the net. Wagner's top-shelf goal from in close might have scored on a lot of men's goalies.

Another solid effort. Rampado ?swas a wall, but they’ve added enough scoring that she doesn’t have to get a shutout to have a chance. I’d have been happy with a win or 2. Things are looking up.

Having watched only about 1/2 the game - they were able to beat what seemed to me like an excellent Providence team. They had to withstand some long stretches where Providence just kept inordinate pressure on and the goalie is as you mention, extremely good. I am not sure how they will perform against the rest of the teams on their schedule but one thing is certain, they are very entertaining!

From what i can tell, RPI boys are a one goal favorite for tonight's game. I am not sure I will be here for the entire game so please take good notes and post them.
