No Penalty shot on that play, they had a 2x1 and a defender was back. Two Dutchmen chased him down from behind and they both tripped him.

Wow. Nice work by the boys to stay in the game the entire time and get back close. Two of Union's goals were on the powerplay-much closer game if we stay out of the box. Great effort, hopefully we take something away from this and play with the same heart tomorrow night.

Great attempt to pull this one out. I think that we had the best of the third period and should have given Union some doubt for tomorrow.
Also, we should get some confidence coming out of this game.
These guys have a lot of heart and I don't see them going quietly.

At least we seemed to get more competitive each period as the game went on. We certainly did not embarrass ourselves and this ended as a one goal game. Now come out tomorrow and get a lead and hold it.
