We were outshot 28-11 after the first period.
Ugly wins count, too.
I was out for much of the evening. When I got back, I held off posting. Seems like when I was ready to post, we gave up a goal.
Decided to wait this one out.

Sadly, I had to go to a meeting tonight so I missed the entire game. Kept checking on the score on CHN.
so we scored 5 goals on 11 shots in the final two periods? Impressive. And that was of course without a PP goal.
Looking forward to tomorrow nights game since I will be there.

After seeing that 5 minute major call against us, I wonder what it takes to deserve one of those? Looked almost like the RPI player was simply trying to lift his arm a bit to protect himself from a Union player who skated into him. And the two 5 minute major calls were not equal - the first call early in the game Union got their player back on the ice after 5 minutes and he was apparently not assessed a misconduct or tossed from the game.
