Empty net time for RPI-you just cannot win many games when you score 1 or none. We have had some offensive troubles the past 2 games. This is still a good team and hopefully will figure this all out

RPI scores-and it is waved off! Final score Union 2 RPI 1-and again special teams make the difference. Tomorrow's game should be similar-two very even teams and special teams may indeed make the difference.

We must be leading the country in disallowed goals this year. Not having seen the goal-I cannot comment on the call-but it should take a lot with only a few seconds left to wave off a goal. It should be an obvious infraction.

Nothing to say about the end of this game. The referee would have to have a very good reason for waiving off a goal at that time of the game.
Should be a very interesting game tomorrow night.

WRPI broadcast team just couldn't tell why the tying goal was disallowed... didn't seem like an obvious infraction to them.. They are surmising 'player in the crease.'

I will make the first donation to help pay for whatever fine Coach Appert gets popped by the league for speaking his mind.

how bout them campus police? refs? players? timekeepers? welcome to ECAC (union) hockey
ik i saw RC and possibly FD08 they can relate to the nice union cops plopping with the rpi fans and kicking people out

Would have been nice for TW3 to carry this game tonight, so there could have been a review of the goal. Hope all the UConn and RIT fans in the area enjoyed watching their teams on TW3 tonight. Really looking forward to tomorrow nights game.
