I was watching this Toronto Patriots video http://vimeo.com/109663934 of their game on Tuesday. It made me realize that I have had Hayhurst's number incorrect since post #46. :o I corrected the most recent stats (post #522) list but not all the rest. :)

Since I posted the video, Hayhurst is described as "speedy" on the first play at about 0:15. He hits a crossbar at a play starting at 1:45 and is very involved in another play starting at 3:30 which also leads to nothing..

Interesting that of our four recruits whose games have ended, three were named stars, and the only one who wasn't, Brady Wiffen, was involved in all three of his team's goals.

RPI: The Engineers looked to the Canadian Jr. Circuits for a forward as well, but this time for more immediate help. RPI picked up a commitment from 20-year-old center Brady Wiffen out of the OJHL’s Trenton Golden Hawks, who are 14 and 3 on the year. Wiffen, their leading scorer, has a 13-12-25 line including one game-winner and five goals on the man advantage so far. He has been a consistent producer for the Golden Hawks and his bio describes him with incredible detail: “Big, strong, heady, leader, playmaker, scorer, grinder, gritty, versatile, coachable and deceptively fast.”

That’s so detailed there isn’t much else to add, except that Wiffen weighs in at 6’2, 190 lbs. He’ll be on campus this time next year.
