Michael Prapavessis, D –Toronto Lakeshore Patriots (OJHL)

A two-way blueliner with decent size, Prapavessis is a deft playmaker, particularly on the power play. The RPI commit leads the Ontario Jr. A League in scoring by a defenseman with three goals and 41 points in 38 games and has six points in his past five appearances. Draft eligible in 2014.

On Tuesday, the Green Bay Gamblers lost to the Dubuque Fighting Saints 4-2. Evan Tironese had an assist. He was named #3 Star. 5 SOGs http://ushl2011.stats.pointstreak.com/boxscore.html?gameid=2235017

Tironese's line is now 32-5-17-22-85.


Edit: It looks like this time ET benefitted by a homer awarding stars, not as egregious as some others, but one would think that the winning team would warrant at least one.

Just saw the line chart. Fornaris is back in the lineup on the left wing of Michigan Tech recruit Dylan Steman and Andrew Gaus on the RW. Yale recruit

Thanks Scott. BTW, I think the reason Vogler wasn't on the NAHL Prospects Roster is because the game is for players who are uncommitted.

I saw him on the game roster, but obviously didn't know who is linemates are. Have you heard anything as to whether Fornaris is expected back in Cedar Rapids next year?

haven't heard but was told he has been a healthy scratch in the games he missed. Needs another year of jrs IMO

I think that he needs it also. That is why I asked.

It clearly is a large step from prep hockey to the USHL and will be another step to the NCAA although probably not as big. I do hope that he plays regularly the rest of this year. He had three points in his first two games but only two additional assists since then. so it isn't surprising that he has been a healthy scratch.
