Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2012-13

don't know if this will make any sense but that picture looks like a kid who's going to have a big growth spurt.

I enlarged the picture a bit and he does indeed seem to look bigger. Now you know i love the bigger guys on my team-but is not always just how big in stature but how big they play. I am not at all worried about this kid. he has time to grow a bit and fill out a bit. If he was coming to Troy tomorrow-then size would be a concern. Now if only we knew what size shoes he wears?

Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2012-13

No scoring stats but the USEHL website has put up mugshots for the SHA U16 team. Manley
I wonder RB, there's a LOGIN/CREATE ACCOUNT on the top left of the usehl page. Do we need to create an account to get any info from the site? I went to do it but it says something about NGIN of which I'm not familiar with.

Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2012-13

that's 4 straight games without a point for ET

And he is still #2 in the BCHL in scoring. :) We did say earlier that the other teams would start shadowing him and his scoring would likely drop, but I did expect them to shut him down competely.

If so I wonder if they would allow any of us to have one. They might limit it to scouts. In any case, league games are only a small fraction of the SHA's schedule.

Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2012-13

Opponents could have noticed that he is a scorer and put the clamps on him as a first priority. Or it just all be coincidental.
Exactly. In a way, I am happy that he is not scoring at his earlier level for the same reason that I am happy that Melanson has only gotten two goals -- if they are two good, we won't see them or only for one year.

Looks like NGIN is the parent company that designed the website. It says you can login using Facebook.
