Wouldn't you just love to see us scoring a bunch of ENGs this coming year? That has not exactly been a great statistic for us the past few years.

this is a reply I received from Tim Yeti who covers Lincoln (lincolnblog)............I'm not sure how they handle that in the preseason, but during the regular season....it's normally an automatic one game suspension at the least. *But a lot of teams appeal suspensions and get the suspension reduced or eliminated. *

If a player fights with less than five minutes to go in the third period, it's at least a one game suspension. *That's something that usually can't be appealed.//////////////............ ( me) now the fight was at 18:24 of the 3rd but as I said yesterday, Sheldon Dries of GB who was involved in the fight played in their game yesterday. Guess we'll see later today.

The people who decided on appeals probably were at the game. I wonder if "my future college coach came all the way here to watch me" is grounds for an appeal. :D

just to add more uncertainty :o......as Nolan Graham reminded me, it was the 2nd period not the 3rd. It's funny that you mention that about, "my college coach is here". That's exactly what Graham intimated (being it's a pre-season game).
