An article about Edina's victory yesterday. Reno (#5 in white) is on the right with the C on the picture on the top. He is interviewed in the video starting at about 1:25.
He definitely has "the look".Thanks Ralph for the post-he is big enough already-but I expect he will be a bit larger in time. Plus, and i do not know exactly how to phrase this-he has 'the look'. It is something that either hits you or it doesn't. This kid has it-and I would expect he will hit like a truck when we have him on our team.

I know exactly what you mean Doc. That's what I thought when I first saw Charley Manley. Thanks Ralph for the post-he is big enough already-but I expect he will be a bit larger in time. "The look" I believe you are refrerring to is the one Josh Rabbani sported during his time at RPI...My earlier training in psychiatry just pops up every so often.I normally just keep these instant impressions to myself-but sometimes it is just out there. We have had others play at RPI with 'the look'. Some on the team right now-some recently-and any going back as far as I can with the team to 1963. Interestingly-some just had it for when they were on the ice(i suppose most would say they put their game face on
) but every so often you find in someone who just carries it all the time. Intensity? Fierceness? concentration? Focus? I have no idea how else to describe it-but I prefer to just use the term-'The Look'. This boy has it-and I really like it-and expect a lot from him.
"The look" I believe you are refrerring to is the one Josh Rabbani sported during his time at RPI......pound for pound one of the toughest S.O.B.s to walk thru the doors of HFH in many moons. I still have very fond memories of him blowing that NoDak kid up on national television...early on in an otherwise forgettable game...
That kid is still looking for the truck that ran him over...
The football team's quarterbook who just graduated had a similar look.My earlier training in psychiatry just pops up every so often.I normally just keep these instant impressions to myself-but sometimes it is just out there. Rabbani had the look as WS wrote. i don't think that Kennedy did.Kennedy would always have it against Colgate. I remember his freshman year during the Governor's Cup when he just leveled this Colgate kid almost like a racial slur was passed on the ice... ever since then, it was open hunting season on Raiders.

It was fine when we were discussing Reno.I posted this about Reno-and he indeed is a recruit. Where else should that have gone? (Jenny typing for Doc)
