So, in Puck Daddy's latest article speculating on a Rick Nash trade, they mention that Columbus is talking to Ottawa and in return for Nash,

Over the last week, a number of names have been bandied about, including goalies Robin Lehner and Ben Bishop, and forwards Mika Zibanejad and Nick Foligno.

More goalies. I think they're trying to build a team of just netminders.

It's starting to remind me of that one fantasy football commercial where everyone was talking about Adam Vinatieri's team and how they were cut.

Keep your fingers crossed for Adam Oates today. I think this is his best chance at HOF in last couple years.

Looks like he's already having a pretty good day: Nothing from the team yet, but it's being reported that he's to be named head coach of the Washington Capitals. Hopefully he's named to the HHOF this afternoon to top it off!

He did of course come back for several summers to finish his degree in 1991.

He did of course come back for several summers to finish his degree in 1991.

And deserves a great deal of credit for that. I wonder what percentage of those who leave early from NCAA hockey programs ever come back to do that? I would suspect the number is rather small.

This was the Blue Jackets depth chart before they got Bobrovski.

I was surprised to see York ahead of Sanford. But their current roster lists 5 goalies. I forgot about Henwick. Add two draft choices and Legace, and you sound a little over the top at the gaol tender position.

Curtis Sanford signed with Lokomotiv (KHL) after the season ended.
