Re: RPI Pick to Click 2015-16

UAF: Morley

You didn't heed my warning and specify (and also I didn't notice before the week started), so I picked for you. I picked the one that didn't get points. Pay attention.

Congratulations to vizoroo on her (am I remembering that right?) first weekly win of the season, and taking the early lead in the competition!

RPI's most valuable player in the first soul crushing loss of the weekend was Mike Prapavessis (no one) with two assists for 4 PtC points. On the other end of the ice, #1 soul crusher Wyatt Ege (no one) buried both the game-tying and game-winning goals in the third period to win the game for the Seawolves. Jerk. Neither goalie was very good.
Riley Bourbonnais (TuteScrooge, RPI fan 4 life) and Jake Wood (no one) scored RPI's goals and were the most valuable Engineers. Jason Kasdorf (no one) stood on his head and earned a quality start in the loss. For the terrorist polar bears, Tayler Munson (no one) potted two goals and added an assist to be far and away the player of the game. Davis Jones (guess who) earned the quality start.

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2015-16

Well, the post I use as the template for this post is when we got beat by Michigan twice last season, and I commented on how I won the week on the back of dirty, dirty Michigan points. Well, time is a flat circle, and RHamilton has won this week on the back of dirty, dirty Michigan points (also an assist from Reno). Also, six of us went 0-fer. Isn't life grand.

We'll start this off by saying that neither goalie was very good. Kazzy was more not good, but neither earned a quality start, so that's that. On the offensive side of the puck, RPI was led by four players earning 2 PtC points: Jake Wood (1-0; no one), Zach Schroeder (1-0; no one), Mike Prapavessis (0-1; TuteScrooge), and Parker Reno (0-1; RHamilton). For the Wolverines, Tyler Motte (RHamilton, RPI fan 4 life) and Brendan Warren (no one) each potted two goals. Jerks.

I thought that we were beaten by the two Alaska teams last week. ;) All those state schools are quite similar, aren't they? :)
