RPI Offseason Thread: Six Languages of Drivel

Re: RPI Offseason Thread: Six Languages of Drivel

I thought that the goalie position was crowded with three. Now we have four goalies on the roster. What's up with that?

Goodman was the third goalie last year after Kasdorf was injured. They decided to let him stay on the roster. He isn't a freshman. According to the directory, he is junior.

Finally. Time to memorize some numbers.

Edit: What's with Curadi, Neal, Leonard, and McGowan all being listed as C on the roster?

My gut feeling is the whoever entered the roster was not familiar with the hockey practice of having A's as well as C's. Similarly he entered High Schools instead of previous teams. Bokenfohr's HS crept in because of golf. Hopefully this will all be straightened out eventually. The previous teams are listed for the freshmen women. At the moment I personally am only interested in the numbers for the count down.

It was a nice touch that Clarkson fans can't see the rosters. ;) That isn't necessary for fans of #26 -- they can't read. :D

Re: RPI Offseason Thread: Six Languages of Drivel

12-13 Americans, 12-13 Canadians, 2-3 Overseas.

Obviously the extra is due to the one player where we don't know where he's from.

I was able to open the roster - maybe since I am a non-engineering Clarkson alum, the RPI roster force-field was ineffective :p

Yes! Obviously Coach Appert knows talent:)

And thanks to Ralph for sharing with the DU faithful.

You're welcome. :)

I assume that SA had something to do with the hire since he knew Thomas, but the Hockey Operations Coordinator works with both the men's and women's teams and so Col. Knowlton must be the one who chose him.

Well, I guess if you have this (I have no idea what it is) you can watch RPI vs Notre Dame.... NBCSports.com and NBC Sports Extra App
DATE GAME TIME
Friday, October 10 RPI–Notre Dame 7:30 p.m. http://www.sbncollegehockey.com/201...r-2014-2015-college-hockey-television-line-up

Actually, it looks quite simple. Just go to nbcsports.com and click on Live Streaming which will take you to the NBC Sports Extra App, which is FREE to download to your iPad, PC, or whatever. Didn't try it myself, but it sure looks easy enough.

After looking some more I did find out....... Additionally, NBC Sports Live Extra, NBC Sports Group's live streaming product for desktops, mobile devices, and tablets, will stream all games telecast on NBCSN. NBC Sports Live Extra will also stream an additonal eight games from Notre Dame's Compton Family Ice Arena. All games will be live streamed via "TV Everywhere," the media industry's effort to make quality content available to authenticated customers both in and out of the home and on multiple platforms. - See more at: http://www.hockeyeastonline.com/men..._medium=twitter#sthash.0IsnbUBD.SNopZXaP.dpuf

I'm thinking about returning for my red shirt Senior Year. It depends though.
