SA did suggest in a tweet that NG continue running to Ontario and do some recruiting. It would save on gas money.

we're not going three days in a row with only Papa Baer's reminders appearing as the sole post....:)

True since the last non-countdown message was my message of 08-18-2013 02:27 AM EDT.

I wasn't even thinking of that.

Actually, the kids should already be moving into the dorms this week. Perhaps a few will be interested in joining the site. :)

That would be nice. Do we have any current students posting, not counting RKarger who is on co-op?

Re: RPI Offseason Part II: Mindless Drivel.

Probably could have posted this in the recruit thread too.... anyway, does anyone have any insight as to why the last 2 recruiting classes seem to be focused on smaller (and presumably faster) players? Seems like when the current big bodies we have on D graduate, there will be a significant fall off in size overall for our guys. Apologies if this has already been covered; I'm just curious if Seth has decided to consciously focus on getting players in the 5'8" to 6'0" range or if that is just a coincidence....

Perhaps Boston College in recent years provided some inspiration?

Re: RPI Offseason Part II: Mindless Drivel.

How do you figure? Current BC roster shows 9 players 6'1" or above... Not sure about the incoming freshmen though.

Re: RPI Offseason Part II: Mindless Drivel.

Where did that come from ? I thought I was responding legitimately with a counter-point. Is that frowned upon on this board?
