Get stuffed.

Glad to see you, one of your buddies, and the relative of a guy that kisses your butt constitutes everyone on the forums.

Hmm. Don't recall saying "everyone on the forums."

And, honestly, "get stuffed?" Fine, that's the last time I try to help you.

Re: RPI Off-Season Thread 2011 Part II: The Bryce is Right

Oh goodie, Timmah also approves of speculation.

Some speculation is fine, and part of the fun of forums. I don't like speculation that is passed off as being rooted in fact. When you say "aside from that, not sure" it implies that you are sure about what you just said. Using probably softened the blow, but not enough to avoid annoying me.

Glad to see you, one of your buddies, and the relative of a guy that kisses your butt constitutes everyone on the forums.

I'm not related to anyone that kisses Red Cloud's butt.

You are one of his buddies, nae?

Using regular English would probably be helpful for your cause.

Crud, I forgot I wasn't going to help you anymore. I guess I just can't help but be kind-hearted.

Or I'm just that pathetic. :D We do, however, observe different definitions of "helpful". The discussions we have had in the past couple of weeks I do not consider helpful, but rather destructive.

The term is "negative reinforcement."

Re: RPI Off-Season Thread 2011 Part II: The Bryce is Right

How did you arrive at 6 rounds or so? Is this based on actual information, or just a guess?

He actually talked to all the GM's and they told him who they were drafting in each round. This could be the dumbest question asked in the history of this message board and that is saying alot. He just gave his opinion when someone asked where this may put Kasdorf in the draft. The guy is obviously passionate and enthusiastic about RPI hockey so whats with all the negative feedback? As long as everyone has their sarcastic rants going, nice job with the Pittsburgh Penguins, NY Yankees, UConn mens basketball tag. Plenty of room to add your other favorites from growing up like the Dallas Cowboys, LA Lakers and The Backstreet Boys!

Re: RPI Off-Season Thread 2011 Part II: The Bryce is Right

Opinions vs facts. Simple as that! Of all people I figured you would get it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you missed the point of my question. Not that I care when you decide to do it, but you never mind taking your swipes at me, a person who's "obviously passionate and enthusiastic about RPI hockey." So I do find your take somewhat humorous.

EDIT: Note, I'm not taking a swipe myself, just making an observation.

You know you don't need to attack me or my brother. I have always been nice to you.. always put an aolive branch out to you when things have become overheated. I have seen you kiss many people's a** on this board. This post is just plain nasty to me and my brother. Or my brother and me as I'm sure you will have to correct me. Red Cloud has always got my back in my very public spats with the media, league office, johnk, my new best friend fishcore, etc. etc.. If my loyalty to him is construed as kissing a** than so be it. Bottom line - As Jim Rome would say, "Have a take and don't suck"... I'm out!!!

Concur. I always like Timmah's takes but he seems to be a large frontrunner but I can't disagree on UCONN and Yankees.

Wait, he didn't talk to all of the GM's? No crap. The question was not literal. I don't appreciate his authoritative tone when he presents his opinion. That's why I posed the question.

I don't need to explain my sports allegiances to you. You have not a clue why I root for these teams, or how long I have rooted for these teams...but keep talking in ignorance if it makes you happy.

And you swipe back and I have no problem with it. Just saw some piling on for an "opinion" on a draft position that seemed a little over the top. Nothing more, nothing less.

Re: RPI Off-Season Thread 2011 Part II: The Bryce is Right

Probably about 6 or so. Some teams are going to desperately need them, like Columbus (despite that they have Allen York, we've already heard about their lack of depth there). However aside from that, not sure.

Thanks Dude, I appreciate the speculation. Now if the rest of you are finished with FlagDude, would you like to take a crack at what round Kasdorf might be taken?
I really didn't expect anyone to know exactly when he might be taken, but knowing that he is ranked 10th might give some indication of where that rank might put him in the grand scheme of things.

You are right, you don't need to explain your sports allegainces. Its obvious. Go Mavericks!
