Re: RPI Off-Season 2013 Part I: We Will Get Our Title Next Season

For some of us who have gotten much older-recent memory is the first thing to fade. We can recall things from 3 or 30 years ago better than trying to remember what we had for breakfast yesterday. As I recall, there was this girl I knew in 1975.........;)

Does Jenny know about her? :p

.....or, family advisor gets nervous & looks to get Kazzy in the pro ranks to get a jump on the others....... I'm just pointing out a possibility.
Of course anything is possible. Anyone's guess -- Kazzy, Hellebuyck and Phillips all freshman. Phillips attended WPG Dev.camp last summer, but only appeared in 9 games for Mich. Tech this year...solid numbers.

I try not to discuss anything PJ with her (pre Jenny). I live by the creed of deny, deny, and deny. Once you admit to anything-you are locked in and dead. They remember everything down to the most minute detail. I think that don't as and don't tell is not a bad way to keep things calm.;)

They remember everything down to the most minute detail.

Yeah, I know how that works. [insert emoticon for "rueful"]. Or to quote the ending line from a fun movie, "the only way to win is not to play."

Commandment # 1: do not ever say or do anything to remind her of those things you want her to forget. While she never will forget, as long as she doesn't remember it today, you're fine.

Men are hunters-we use our eyes. We remember what we see, where we see it, and what we were doing when we saw it. Women listen-carefully and completely. They remember what they hear. As you said-never ever forget that they will recall everything you say even in jest or in anger. They are a different species (thankfully) and offer us guys so much that we can never get bored.

I know-not hockey related-but we have 1/2 a year to get through and not every day are we going to have something new to toss around that is RPI hockey related.:)

Today is 9 April 2013. There are 179 days until RPI's next game.

This is based upon 5 October 2013 for the start of next season.

Maybe half a dozen of us or so can take turns posting something each day so that we never see two countdown posts in a row. :)

All that I recall is a wedding. ;)

Wasn't there also the need for a new wardrobe? It's too bad they did it in August, though, instead of May when we didn't have to rush this coming up year's senior class.

Actually, there is a wedding this summer. Kazzy's taking the vows.

Craig Bokenfohr tied for the team lead in a golf tourney Sunday and Monday http://www.rpiathletics.com/news/2013/4/8/MGOLF_0408131935.aspx?path=golf.

Another tourney that RPI won Friday and Saturday http://www.rpiathletics.com/news/2013/4/6/MGOLF_0406131418.aspx?path=golf.

Ouch, a couple of tough scores there. Of course, it's not like I could do any better... you know how many 6's I put down at one of the mini-golf places in town?
