That was interference on rpi. Megan was trying to get to the puck and the rpi guy jumped in his way.

refs let this game get out of control late.. missed 5 minute major penalties on each team... escobedo went down behind the net that was a 5 min major last night in the maine/unh game and then noonan responded by drilling an engineer head first into the boards as well.

great game by York there. RPI had nothing going for them 5 on 5; goal tending kept them in the game and they were deadly on the special teams. Not a strong effort from bu either; they got dominated in face offs and took a lot of undisciplined penalties (not including the ones at the end)

Great third period by RPI. Went into the period with a lead and gave up very little for 20 minutes. York just keeps getting better. Good to see them stand up for each other at the end of the game.

I caught the last few minutes on TW cable... they listed the attendance as 3300 or so... any thoughts on why these matinee games are popping up on the schedule? I suspect if this game were 'a Saturday night @ HFH' the crowd would have been quite a bit bigger and louder.

because I KNOW that you want my opinion.
I think that Connelly is one of the best players in Hockey East, one of the most energetic, smartest and most skilled... plus he gets his teammates going. I hate seeing him in scarlet!
