If Fridgen's players were all "bad", he did better with them than Seth did. As a matter of fact, Seth did jack with his own "good" players! Then, the "good" players bolted to the pros early!
Yes, and the "good" players with the exception of Pirri never made it in the NHL. Damigo and Zalewski bailed early and are playing in Europe.
What's interesting is Riley and Burgess are both drafted and seniors and decided to stay for their final seasons under Smith, rather than go pro. Burgess is drafted by Ottawa and I'm sure he would've gotten a long look being that they are rebuilding but he decided to stay. And these are Seth recruits if I'm not mistaken but they are staying with Smith.
Apperts guys left very early, after Freshman and Sophomore seasons. Not sure why,I'm sure they had their reasons.
