Wondering when the last time a 0 - 0 overtime tie occurred in our history. Nice shutout for Savory

Re: RPI Hockey 2018 - 2019: 28 Guys Skate onto a Rink ...

Maybe something a bit more positive like: RPI Hockey - Sweet and Savory

Someone pointed out that mentioning current players in the title has turned out to be jinx. I have forgotten whose name was used before.

Good point - we wouldn't want to put our .300 winning percentage and our 11th place ECAC standing at risk. :)

12/05/16 - vs. Harvard - Jason Kasdorf and Merrick Madsen - SOG 43-32 Harvard

That game looks to be the only one in the collegehockeystats era (going back to the 99-00 season). There were one or two other games that ended 1-0, but were scoreless through regulation. Funnily enough, we allowed exactly 43 shots last night too.

It is only the 2nd time in the modern era, actually.

Anyone else notice that, as we continue to lament our team's difficulty in putting the puck in the net, former Engineer Alex Rodriguez is in the Faces in the Crowd section of the current issue of Sports Illustrated?

Rodriguez, now playing for Augsburg University in Minnesota, recently scored hat tricks in consecutive games and is tied for second in Division III in goals.

Allen York. He got injured once the title became "We still have Allen York. Sorry, everyone!"

Do not have all the odds yet but the early line for the Colgate game shows the over/under at 3.5 goals which is the lowest I have seen in some time. 2 goals might win it and the chance of another 0-0 game is actually fairly high.

And we also had a thread for Troy York and he left.

In case there is anyone here who doesn't remember the Allen York thread and wonders why the title was used, it was a play on a BC thread with Jerry York instead of Allen York.

It looks like this didn't help with the Mayor's Cup. Both 1/25 and 2/1 are still open. I don't think that there is anything else that can be deduced about the men's schedule from this.

Yes it did; you merely need to cross-reference with the full men's. Union men play on the full latter weekend you mentioned. That makes the Mayor's Cup on 25 January.

:o I forgot to check Union. Of course, they play both Harvard and DC.

As long as RPI doesn’t have anyone else named York come in, I see no problem :)
