I should've clarified. Alot of the <strike> freshman </strike> first year students don't have to pay. The Office of the First Year Experience generally has a budget which includes subsidizing the tickets. The <strike> sophomores </strike> second year students, <strike> juniors </strike> third year students, and <strike> seniors </strike> fourth year students still have to pay.

I think this has been true for the last 100 years of the program. The indifference seen in the last 5 years is what happens when the program performs as it has...
