I'm assuming an international tour, as opposed to the Friendship Four... wonder if the games would be covered via some form of media...

It sounds like an international tour. The Friendship Four isn't in the summer.

Should we set an over/under on how much time into the game it takes people to complain about seeing the numbers on the jerseys? :p Or is there hope they will be visible this time?
