One of the best interviews with SA I've seen. He said everything as it should be said. Harvard is a very talented team that by all accounts has to be a big favorite. But talented teams lose also and favorites are only on paper. We played them 3 times this year so we have had a good look at their players, their defense, their goalie and how it all matches up. Let's just hope we can keep it all together for the weekend and win and move on. Go Red!!

I saw that but had to run the tape a few times to be sure. of course i would never want to see him rushed back too soon. it most certainly would not be good for him and probably not good for the team as it could shake up some lines of chemistry. But, in spite of saying that, we need his speed and quickness against a very fast skilled Harvard team. if we cannot put them back on their heels at all (and in my mind that is one of DM's real talents) then they will just rush up ice with their defensemen joining the rush without regard to having to back up. This kind of thing never shows up on a stat sheet but eventually makes it's appearance when you note how many fewer shots a team can take or goals scored when they are always aware of having to back up quickly. Just MHO and keeping fingers crossed here.

I see that my TV channel guide (DirecTV) is showing RPI vs Harvard on Sat. night. That would be the CW ch.45.

Correct. TW Cable is broadcasting it locally on Channel 15 (CW 45). :)

CW 45 must be a local channel in the Albany area. I can't find it on any of the channel guides in my area. :(:mad:

CW is one of the over-the-air networks; was created after a merger between UPN and WB. Therefore it's likely considered local programming; your market (I assume NYC) will have programming local to that area.

If there is an alumni gathering with the coach involved, would someone be willing to ask about next year's non-conference schedule? I completely forgot to ask before the Cornell game.

keys to harvard games, stay out of box, love each other enuf to block shots, match devito on vescey. love this group of young men, hope to get to watch them more this season.
