Just out of curiosity, when we have the annual tailgate party, does everyone get along there?
I've been unable to attend, and it sounds like everyone who goes enjoys it.
The two are not mutually exclusive. I think a coach at the collegiate level should be judged based upon the performance of the team, not in a given game, but over time. Appert is no shining star in that department, however injuries and losing key players early has certainly played a part in that.

Not sure what you qualified for but Congrats!
I took my qualifying exam, which means I am now officially a Ph.D. candidate. Basically, I presented and defended my thesis proposal in front of a committee of faculty. As my PI said this morning, it's probably the most important and difficult test I'll ever have to take. And I passed! Now I just have to do it all...

According to Ed Weaver's story today Nanne is out. Let's hope that shoulder inury was only a separation and he will be back for Harvard at the end of the month. Weaver says Melanson has Mono. I'll defer to our physicians on this forum to discuss that, but Mono usually means at least 4 weeks which would have him out of the line-up until Miami or the Q'Pac Princeton trip in January. This team can't seem to catch a break. They need to find a way to get at least one win this weekend, then hope to get some people healthy over the holiday break. Th BU game doesn't mean anything, but could be a chance for a couple of guys to earn some more playing time. It is past time for some more of the juniors and seniors to step up their play. Tonight would be a good time for them to do that. LGR!Injury updates (according to OGC):
Melanson is out, Nanne is doubtful, Schroeder and Kasdorf are questionable for this weekend.
