I agree with you also. Coach was no doubt fuming post game.. it was good to see...I thought the guys that played last night gave all they had.Miami has way more skill but I never felt like our guys quit trying.
Completely agree. This was the first post-game conference where there was no sugar-coating. I suspect the coach is feeling the heat. He has been lax way too long and the boys have taking advantage by not playing their tails off. There are hundreds of young aspiring hockey players who would love the chance to play D-1. If the guys on the team don't realize how fortunate they are, then they should be replaced with someone, although not necessarily as talented, much more hungry. If you can't play a full 60 minute game (which for most is less than 20 minutes of real ice time), then you shouldn't be playing at all.
