IMO, Giesbrecht is not nearly giving up as many rebounds as he did earlier in the season, which in return is helping the team stay in games. I still would like him to react a little faster in getting back into position after the opposing team takes a shot on goal. He looks a little slow at times sliding from one side to the other.
