RPI @ Colgate - 11/21/25

Road games at Colgate and Cornell have not exactly been highlights for us over the past many years. perhaps time to turn this around a bit. As always, special teams and defense will undoubtedly play a big part of this entire weekend. Personally i think the way the first period begins tonight is crucial. have to come out ready to play solid and fundamentally sound hockey. Winning the faceoffs, controlling the puck in our own end, breaking out of our defensive zone quickly will all be crucial. We simply cannot expect any sort of positive results if we come out and have to play from behind early. Go Red!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as I’m aware, there will be no broadcast tonight. We are definitely trying to do more road games, but the average age of us broadcasters is probably 45, and the youngest of that group isn’t in NY on a regular basis. If you know any current students or fairly recent alums who might be interested, let me know.

If I were to volunteer that average age would unfortunately go up precipitously! :(
