York leaving some juicy rebounds. Usually the first period has been our best this year-we will need to play better tonight-Clarkson seems to be getting the best of the action

Not a good time for it, Clarkson's been controlling play for a while now.

Period winds down with RPI up 1-0. Hopefully Appert can get things settled down a little bit during the intermission and the team finds some focus for the second period.

End of one period and RPI up 1-0. We cannot take this any penalties-it will cost us.

That's exactly how I saw it too. There may not have been a lot of shots but the ice was tilted towards our end all period.

Joe-Don't be so quick-we have been outscored and outshot in both the second and third periods so far this year. We seem to sit back a bit when we are in the lead and we just are not good enough to do that.

Ditto for Clarkson Doc. They have been especially brutal in period 2.
