RPI plays its only two games this season against HEA opponents.

RPI comes out of an easy win against SHU after hard fought split at St. Cloud.

Just caught the end of the SHU game,
Kudos to rpi/tv!!
Their stream is far superior to many "professional" media sites.

In recent memory, have we done a BU/UNH trip before? I can't recall. And I can't recall a recent year when we've played them when both were ranked. Time to rise to the occasion... but we've done that before.

Missed tonight's game with SHU (Ralph's right on about someone starting a thread around midnight, but somehow fell asleep)... glad to see we followed through on what would was expected.

This is what I call a tough road trip. BU and UNH are never easy and this year both seem to be playing extremely well with talented squads. Just have to hope we have matured a bit this season after an awful start and that we play our best games. Certainly would be nice if we get Kasdorf back into goal but I doubt he will be rushed. Other than that we seem healthy.

12/4 and 12/5? I must be in a time warp?

I think RPI picked a bad time to visit as UNH and BU will have much to prove after getting humbled this past weekend.

RPI has done a BU/UNH trip before, but not very recently.

In February 1972, RPI lost on consecutive nights at BU (7-3) and UNH (6-3).

They also played road games against these two in February 1974 without any intervening games against other opponents, but those games were four days apart, so I would think it must have been two separate trips.

At least the BU/UNH trips didn't yield results quite as disastrous as the trip to BC and UNH my senior year, when BC scored 13 goals and UNH 17. :o

i would imagine that when these were league games they would have been commonplace.

They do a great job, especially considering that they were probably undermanned since school isn't in session.


I was happy to see RPI dominate most of the game vs. SHU. Yes, they may be the worst team in college hockey, and certainly one of the worst, but we have stunk up the joint many times in similar situations.

The UNH game is going to be on FCS. Probably why they moved the game from Sunday to Saturday. Hoping it is a channel I get with my sports package through over priced TWC.

must just be a TW broadcast because DirecTV has women's BBall on one (623) & HC @ NoDak (626) on the other. And as Doc just noted; Comcast also.

AT&T U-Verse is carrying it! I like seeing games for free over break. Anyone know what BU does for streaming?

http://www.uscho.com/tv/ if you click on the FCS next to the game listing I think it lists the DirTV channels.

According to my guide in the capital region it will be on TWC 670 which is FSATL.
