RPI at Yale (Fri. 12/7)

Re: RPI at Yale (Fri. 12/7)

Doc c'mon. She's great to look at, but brutal to listen to. Not the first time I've said that about a girl.. remind me to tell you about the personal trainer I used to date....:D

Complete agreement. She could certainly improve by the next time we are in New Haven, but it really seemed like see was reading a script. (Good thing that SA wrote it. ;) )

Re: RPI at Yale (Fri. 12/7)

Yale did help out a bit-many shots taken were just straight at him-but he does present a big target and take sup a lot of the net. I agree-he just plain looks solid and should see a lot of ice time until proven otherwise.
Agree. Love what I see....very calm presence. Not at all unlike another big goalie we had from western Can. Admittedly, far too early for comparisons, but I'd sure as heck run him back out there tomorrow night if it were my call. Great effort on the post count guys !! Gezzus we're committed!

I am speechless. And I hope this is a turnaround point to our season. When I see Coach Appert in about a month's time, that may come into conversation.

I'd rather not waste his time and instead have him lead the boys to beat Princeton :)
Well for now, I'd like him to lead us to victory over Brown tomorrow afternoon.

Listen to? I am not sure I heard anything she said when she was on screen. And I had WRPI on during the periods.

Well if I was somewhat younger, I certainly would let her read to me.:)

Re: RPI at Yale (Fri. 12/7)

Just got back from New Haven and I have to say, I don't remember the last time I saw an RPI team play with that much speed and intensity for 60 minutes.
Everyone was skating and playing hard all the way through.
And Kasdorf was very big in net. His angles were good and his overall positioning was such that he hardly had to move to make some saves. He made a right pad save in the second period, in which he hardly had to move his leg, and it was not an easy save, but he was where he should have been.
A lot of good freshmen out there tonight. If they keep playing like this, we may have something for a couple of years.
Great game.

No look shot... who are you, Ovechkin? :D

Re: RPI at Yale (Fri. 12/7)

FD, thanks for posting that. While I was at the game, my sight lines for the goals in the first two periods were not the best. Also, Rogic's goal was right in front of me and it was very impressive.
Also, I got a chance to see the lovely young lady that DrD was talking about. He has very good taste.
