RPI plays a rather poor second period and pays the price-special teams have killed us all year and it is the same tonight.

Another short-handed rush by BU, but Shattenkirk and Cohen's 2 on 1 fizzles because of a bad pass.

RPI will still be on the PP when the third starts.

Second period ends and we are still in this one. I don't know how,but we are going to have to find a way to pick up our game in the third.
BU is keeping us in this and we need to take it.

Not a big fan of our guys playing 5 forwards on the power play. We have given up so many 2 on 1's tonight we are lucky BU did not score more.

You remain very optimistic. I am still on the wagon but the wheels are loose and seem to be coming off.

if zach could have got control of it right on our blue line he could have had a breakaway... but it got behind him and shatty broke out with zach on the left on a 2x1. but kevin passed too far for zach to reach when they got to the rpi blue line.

My friend texted Freddy Meyer to tell him that Gryba broke his PIM record, but at least we scored on the kill. :)

RPI is rolling with five forwards on the power play. It's not clairvoyant to figure out why BU has 2 shorties and n 2-on-1 chances shorthanded.

Obviously an experiment that is not working. We have not given up this many odd man rushes all year before tonight.
