This post excites me more than any other since the search for a new coach started.
I don't follow college hockey outside of the ECAC, so I know little about the new coach.
But I have great respect for your college hockey knowledge. So if you are excited than so am I.

I don't have a particularly good track record in my predictions. :)
 
I'm elated that we got Lang but watching the Rangers' dumpster fire of a season wind down has me wondering if Dan Muse might have ended up being available after all. :p

I say take the proven college head in Lang and run. There was no guarantee Muse was leaving the professional ranks either as the smart thing for the Rangers would be to dump Pete and just promote Muse to head coach.

Yeah, I totally agree. More of just a way for me to vent about the sorry state of the Blueshirts. Can't imagine Lav is still there next season.
