Samec does seem the most likely. Of course, a couple of the supposed incoming players could defer. Babichuk and Helsen must come now. Anything else is possible. Someone on Finish Your Check posted that Klee might return to Sioux Falls, but I doubt it. He is IMHO more ready that Kjellberg or Davies,

Having heard CCT's Tony Collins speak at a BizLab event last week (he was engaging and it was easy to see what kind of leader he is), I'm tempted to tune in to SAJ to compare and contrast the two. But doubt I will !! Ha

I see the Times-Union Center in Albany will be hosting one of the NCAA regional tournaments in 2020.

Glad to know that the ice will be used for more than just the Mayor's Cup next season. :rolleyes:

With Leaman said to be kicking pro tires in Ottawa and Buffalo ...Mongo could leave Union for Providence...Mayotte could go to SLUt as HC, and ......wait for it....... BENNY BARR goes to Union !!! The Revenge Tour 2020!!! Ha haaaaaaa...Knowing our luck, it'll happen.

Was going to say... wasn't there usually a banquet where they sell tickets for this? Of course, given it was exposed that the banquet tickets were treated as an "institute donation"...

No one else is leaving. Boys have been told that the lineup will consist of 3G, 10D and 16F.

There was a banquet right after the last game to honor the Seniors. The banquet was just for the team and families that were in town. Team awards were not handed out or announced. The announcement is what it is just an announcement.

And hopefully it will remain as such. Some of us may still be a little skeptical because of the "late signing" bug about a decade a ago, but we haven't seen that much as of late.

Up 12-11 v RPI in the Liberty League quarterfinals with 0:40 left, Clarkson allows 2 goals, the last with 0:01 left and loses 13-12.

I thought only our hockey team did that?

I don't believe there was one for the fans this year because I did not get an announcement, unlike last year's, which I missed. Maybe turnout last year was poor, but even if there were other reasons I am indifferent to it becoming a player and family-only event.
