Why not? If you're red-shirted, you're still able to attend team events. Take a look at the transfers we get in, who use their red-shirt year for that purpose. He wouldn't be eligible to play (assuming he is red-shirting), and probably won't practice until he heals up (assuming this rumour is true), but what about team meetings?

Wasn't there an "issue" that happened where he was out for the first part of the year, and then was able to play in the second part? Sure it's speculation, and don't really want to assume anything about Kenny G, but there has to be some reason...

If you’re talking about JimmyD, the issue was academics. If you’re talking about KennyG, that was 2yrs. ago & it was about conditioning (or lack of).

I went back to last years first appearance of the Roster that Ralph Posted then, unfortunately when you click on the link it takes you to this years Roster.

I am too lazy to look, but someone posted that whenever the roster was posted we would start discussing more here. I doubt that anyone expected what has transpired the last few days.
