Ralph, I must admit that I don't follow the women at all. :o But with three of four recruits coming from the Toronto Aeros, I have to ask, What is RPI's connection to that team?

Me, shortly thereafter

Chase Polacek, John Kennedy, and Jeff Foss didn't commit until the March, April, and May before their arrival in Troy. Today they're 3/4 of the captaincy. The other captain wasn't secured until the November before his arrival.

Yeah, I'm totally concerned about the recruiting situation.

Been waiting for the right moment for an "I told you so." I believe we have arrived.

The current goalie, Sonja van der Bliek, played there. That's all I know. Eleeza Cox only plays for them when her HS isn't playing.

On Saturday, the Omaha Lancers lost to the Sioux City Musketeers 2-1. Mark Miller had a hooking penalty. http://ushl.stats.pointstreak.com/boxscore.html?gameid=1341542

Miller's line is now 31-4-3-7-9.

They gave Miller an assist in an earlier game. I can't tell which one without going through the old boxscores, because the way the USHL places its ads, it covers up his old game lines on his own page. Unless this was an assist in a very old game, it is his first point since he committed to RPI.

On Saturday, the St. Thomas Academy Cadets defeated the Breck Mustangs 5-4. Zach Schroeder had 2 assists and a holding penalty. http://www.mnhockeyhub.com/game/show/1045423?subseason=27330

Schroeder's line is now 14-8-12-20-6.

From the comments section of the box score: Zach Schroeder sure can fly. He took the puck practically the length of the ice and avoided a couple hits with his speed. He tried centering to Matt Kroska but Kroska couldn't get a handle on it
