I agree to some extent. On the other hand, anyone who ultimately signs with us is in expressing their (more or less) unwavering commitment, so I don't know if there is a lot of meat behind your statement. It is impossible to know how the twins' recruitment played out, and as Ralph indicates it is entirely possible (or even likely) that we did not try to convince the twins to become very interested in us. I guess my "disturbing" comment was based on the presumption that we did.
Hard to say how these things play out. The kids might've liked the small town atmosphere, or Seth may not have had (or may not have been willing to offer) full rides. Maybe they didn't want to play in JL shadow, who knows.
I must be getting old, as I don't get too low with recruit "misses". I want kids who want to be a part of the RPI family. As for the rest, I wish them the best of luck and I look forward to watching them meet Mr. Bailen and theBRO.![]()
