Re: RPI 2011 Recruit Thread Pt. II

Did they look alike? ;)

I didn't see any recruits, but of course there were quite a few people at HFH this past weekend.

I was not at the game as I was in DBQ. But the single most reliable source told me there we 2 recruits at HFH this weekend...

Did you happen to get a look at RPI recruit Chris Bradley? If I recall, I think Youngstown was in DBQ on Saturday.

I did. He was steady and will do fine as he progresses. But the coach of the DBQ team kept putting my dog back in the fight and I found myself watching that more than anything else...I promise to do better scouting the opposition:o

You traveled half way accross the country to watch your son, and that is where your attention should have been. I am surprised that you even noticed who was playing on the other team. I doubt if I would have.

Not a problem :) Dubuque plays at Youngstown Saturday Nov. 20th and that just happens to be a bye week for RPI, so Im hoping to make the 7 1/2 hour trek from the capital district to see that one.

I was also thinking about driving out to this, though depending on game time, maybe making it a long day trip. Anyone else planning on going to this one? Maybe get a carpool together...

Ohhh a 7 hour drive is nothing. I was also thinking of stopping in at Canton to see the HoF as well while im out there, so Id have to make it a weekend trip. The better half will be out of town, no RPI games so what else do I have to do. :D
