One tie is all we need I think. We tie Princeton, Union beats them and DC loses both games while Cornell wins. I think that puts us 4th.

Just an FYI for RPI fans... women's captain Kendra Dunlop joins us on the podcast at about noon, we go on the air at 11:30 today.

On the chance we don't make the first round bye, is there a team you think we'd rather face in the first round, between Colgate, Harvard, SLU, and Brown (assuming Clarkson and QPac don't drop that far)?

I will play any of those teams as long as we don't have to play them on Friday night. ;)
If we have to play on a Friday night, than I will take Brown.

I want to thank our internet provider for deciding to kill our connection here at the secret underwater lair without giving any advance notice at 10:30 for "maintenance," then lied to me over the phone when they said they'd have it back up in time for the podcast. It's still out. Looks like our window has closed and the podcast is canceled today.

It sounded like from the Clarkson pre-game that Lee was a healthy scratch, at least given Coach's tone, he seemed non too happy. I wonder if Ed will have any information on how CJ is practicing this week.

I agree, it seems that Lee might be taking the rap for the teams lousy play on Friday night. I haven't checked the stats for Friday, but I would guess that Lee was on the ice for too many goals against.

I should have pointed out Ken Schott's blog article also states that the scores of other games won't be posted so that the team can keep focused on the game at hand. I wonder how well that will work.

More play time for the band. :) But seriously, the die-hards will still be texting their friends that happen to be sitting at their computers to get some updates.

The die-hards will be checking Twitter from their phones in the stands and getting the updates faster than texting would allow. :p

Some die-hard fans either have no cell phones or cell phones with limited capabilities, thereby likely disallowing the possibility for examining updates via Twitter. ;)
