While the weather guessers have said Denver may have some April showers this afternoon, at present, it's a beautiful spring morning. I hope it's the same where you are.

I'll pose an informal question or two for the LODGE, as the Stanley Cup playoffs begin this evening. Which team do you think will win The Cup? For which team, if any, will you be cheering?

Good morning.:)

This is such great hockey to watch, I love the NHL playoffs! I'm gonna take Washington over Detroit in the finals. While I truly think Vancouver is the most complete team in the West, Detroit has so much experience..I could see the struggling Flyers figuring it out and putting together another run, and a team I'd love to see win is Tampa Bay.

I'll be cheering for Washington, Tampa Bay, Phoenix, and the underdogs throughout. I'd love to see the Kings do well. Sucks when your team consistently doesn't make the playoffs.:(

Mornin' all! It's been a slow, long, dreary day, and it's gonna continue to be a long one. Hope everyone has a great day here!

What type of plane does he fly?

Mostly a 150 but has some time in 172 also. Hopefully we get to the Frozen Four next year in Tampa so we can go to Embry Riddle for a day. Not sure how we could afford to send him there but he needs to see it in case.

Scholarships! And student loans! If he wants to go there, there are ways to do it.

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 133: I still hate you all

and how old are you? :p

They were already engaged when they got some shocking news. They just moved the wedding from October to April. I didn't help things by being born 2 months early, either. :o

Besides, is stuff like this a big deal anymore?

I think it depends. One of the sisters of the family that I work for was engaged and became "in that way". Her parents and family were devastated. (It makes me like her even more.)

No, though it was amusing when my grandma and great aunt figured out that my prim, proper, and apparently extremely hypocritical great grandma was preggo with my other great aunt when she got married.
(When my mother had me, my great grandma disowned her for a bit...)

Touche.
I was referred to as "the little mistake" for a while by the very Catholic families involved, apparently. Everyone got over it pretty quickly. What can I say? I'm a charmer. ;)

I haaaaave a haaaaaat.
You weren't there, I don't have to take **** from you! If brent, mns, state of hockey or shirtless guy want to rip on me, I'm surprisingly ok with that.

Also, apparently it is a bad career move to become a craigslist prostitute, apparently every one that has ever tried got buried on long island.

My apologies. Let me try again.
