Hi.

Sounds like Bootleggers is getting the votes. I've never been, so it works for me.

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 130: Revolutions Abound!

Stupid kids gave me the cold from hell. I'm on Day 3 and now I can't hear out of my left ear, my nose is alternating between running like a river and stuffed like a pornstar, and I can't breathe when I wake up in the morning.   At least I didn't get their GI bug last week/2 weeks ago.

Oh yuck! That is one of the worst parts of working with kids, getting all their bugs. I hope you feel better quickly!

Ralph - Thanks! :)

Oh could somebody do me a favor and drop a rep message for runningwithdogs in the mascot solution thread? Go to the one where she FYP my post and tell her I thought that was very well played. :D. UND fans might not agree, but Eh, screw em if they can't take a joke. ;)

Can't remember if she's at Lodge level yet or not either.

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 130: Revolutions Abound!

Just found out I'll be headed to the US Naval Academy next weekend to compete in our conference championship rifle match. One last chance to compete at the NCAA level, who knows what the future holds in store. Pretty pumped, as we'll travel down Friday, shoot Saturday, and travel back Sunday.

About to head out of here for the week. Making the long drive to Ithaca to watch a little hockey and let the Harvard players know that they are below average players who attend a subpar university.

Have a good weekend, everyone!

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 130: Revolutions Abound!

Ugh, so I have to wait almost another week to find out if I am lucky enough to not be one of the lay offs at my company. Good times...

What's this? Opera, on a hockey board? I'm just ribbin' you. I worked for the Washington Opera in the Kennedy Center in DC for five years, and subbed from time to time as a player with Minnesota Opera. Anyhoo, are you talking about Toronto? That's supposed to be a cool venue. .

yes, toronto.
neat house. like i said, very modern look and feel to it. not the biggest of stages though.

trying to get work to send me to london for a week in the spring. already planning a nufc game and night at the royal opera (along with golf on the weekends, of course.)

will need to go over friday after work, then return two sunday's later and head straight to the office monday morning to fit everything in.
