Google it. It doesn't enter the body.

Good Evening Lodge!

The ads are horrible. I can't figure out where the post is, some of them take up most of the page, some are in the middle of the post. Still irritating.

If given the option, I would gladly pay for Extra again to get rid of these ads.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: Choose A Number

I forgot to say good morning before going bike riding but it is still morning. :D

Good Morning, Lodge!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: Choose A Number

I pay for Extra and I'm still seeing them. How do we get ahold of someone at USCHO? Something must be wacky with the site.

Have you paid in recent years? I haven't gotten a message in about 10 years about Extra.

Honestly, I don't know!! But I have access to the Extras section of the site. How would that be possible if I wasn't an Extra?

They left it turned on for people who used to pay, but stopped charging us years ago. Also, there hasn't been any Extras-only content on the main page in eons.

At this point whatever credit card I had on file for Extra has expired. I don't know when I last paid for it.

Facebook question for those of you who may still use Facebook - how do you unfriend someone? Actually, I unfriended someone so I no longer see her inane posts but she can still see my posts and respond. How do I get that to stop?

You can block her

Hover the mouse over her name and a window will pop up. Click the button with the ellipsis and a drop down menu will appear...select "Block"

I would have to check, but i suspect that not only has it expired, but its replacement has too. :)

I do think that they stopped charging for Extra because it wasn't worth having to supply additional content for the amount of income member fees gave.

All of this!

Good Evening Lodge!

Had a busy day. lilnsl went shopping for groceries for us on his lunch hour. What used to be a little chores is now a production. Clean out everything. Wipe down the counters, put all the stuff that is frigeable in the sink for a sluice, evertying else in a box then wipe down all the stuff that was touched. My Fridge is cleaner than any fridge I have ever owned in my whole life.

There is also a setting, IIRC, that is either "Only Friends See My Posts" vs "Allow Friends Of Friends See My Posts."

Blocking is the easiest way, but for future issues, the other setting is worth it.

I did this eons ago. My wall is only visible to friends.

Well, besides Facebook and everyone Zuckerberg decides to sell it to.

Good afternoon Lodge! It is a warm day, the sun is out and the oak trees are leafing (pollen is so awesome!)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: Choose A Number

Good afternoon Lodge

unsure if light headed/exhaustion is due to 4 hours of sleep, donating blood a couple days ago, anxiety about non-mask wearing germ bag from DC being in my town, or some other reason.

I need a nap. Hoping I'm awake enough to drive home from work.
