Not looking forward to that drive in a month. Heading to Glendive, MT, for a family reunion. You have that one moment once you hit the badlands and then it becomes nothing and nothing and nothing. Need to find good books to stock up on the Kindle.

I am having a 'ready to quit this bs' moment at work. Earlier this month a department was audited, found not to be following the instructions, and retrained and talked to. So today, the person that is always the problem in there is just doing whatever he wants. Crossing out data, approving parts which he has no authority to do. I want to strangle him. His manager tells me she'll talk to him. I doubt anything will come of it, because nothing ever does.

And now production wants me to write their process instructions. 1. stop pushing your work off on me. 2. your staff isn't even going to follow it, so why should I waste my time

mookie did have the leek and potato last week, and it was good. instead of repeating however he walked a half hour to a supermarket and bought sushi :eek: along with a plastic cup of caprese salad. then instead of carrying everything back up the hill he spent the 5p and had them bag it for him in a plastic. crazy how they charge you here for having your groceries carry-able :)

Nope- bring your own bag. They have been doing that for 45+ yrs only they didn't used to have the bag for 5p. They used to just say 'oh well.'

DC charges 5 cents for bags at any store that sells food.

I'm with ya, sista. Yesterday felt like Thursday. Work is DEAD. As in "bored out of my skull" dead. Tomorrow will be even worse.

Good Morning Lodge.

Still have a fever- 101.9 Off to the walk in as no availability at my PCP. sucks. I feel awful.
