We got our brackets for the next peewee tourney today. One other team is from our district and we just played them a couple weeks ago. There are 8 teams in the tourney. I asked the director to please not match us against them because we want to play other teams. Seems simple to put is in opposite sides of the bracket, but no, we could play them in our second game.

You should start a thread to discuss bracket integrity for this peewee tournament. I can see it now a long discussion on if they should have used Pairwise, Krach, RPI or the goldy_331 rankings?

Got motivated and picked up some stuff for a great breakfast tomorrow: bacon, eggs, green/red peppers, a whole jalapeno, salsa, tobasco. Already have the pancake mix. Man, if I made mimosas, this could almost be SAAG-worthy for a meal.

Sounds delicious! Reminds me, I've got two potlucks to cook for tomorrow. My church's men's breakfast is tomorrow morning, and I'm attending a dinner party tomorrow night. Bringing crockpot oatmeal to the breakfast; making a spinach and zucchini casserole to the party.

Rookie mistake. He's tried to get me to play before and I was smart enough to know I would be severely over matched. He's played once or twice (or a million times) before.

I've beat him in a few throws before. Aim low, so he drinks more. He has also beaten me with one shot before.

Goldy, Let me add that I enjoy living in a city which has an NHL team. I also enjoy the fact that this year's Avs team regularly plays six or seven collegiately trained players...

So I'm writing now from my lightning fast, quad core PC with 8GB RAM. This thing rocks. Windows 7 is nice too.

The doctor wants me to type with two hands to help with my recovery. Since the operation I've been typing with just my left hand because of typos. I'm also faster typing with one hand, but I'll try to go back to two. I'll also try to fix typos, but make no promises.
