Just alluding to how DIAF took off as an internet meme (someone on the Texas Alcohol Commission tried to pass that law, and she was shocked by the massive waves of hate mail she received as a result, and she mentioned they included messages like "die in a fire").

Well, they live in Texas, how else are they going to come to terms with living in that state without the ability to get drunk?? ;) :D

Did someone REALLY neg rep me for my post with the rolling eyes? It said "Don't mess with Dirty." It doesn't even make any sense. :mad:

Techies manage their first few years in the UP without the ability to get drunk in bars, and that's got to be infinitely worse than Texas.

I've lived in the UP for almost 18 years, and have a little over three left before I can legally drink in the bars. Yeah. How's that for suckage.

Cross the border and drink legally. 3 Problems solved.

1) Drinking
2) Not in UP
3) US closes border to keep CTF out.
