To be technical, as I usually am :D, Scarlet spent very little time in DC. National Airport, being on landfill in the Potomac River, is indeed in DC. She then went through part of Virginia to reach the Beltway, crossing the Potomac. Although, one is still in VA when one starts crossing the Wilson bridge over the river, the first about 300 feet when one is over water is in DC, and then one is in Maryland, where I think Scarlet remained for the rest of the time until she returned. At that time, she was for a slightly longer distance in DC while crossing the Wilson bridge. ")

So we've got one moron sconny fan, most likely in his parent's basement, explaining to another moron sconny fan, who is also in his mommy's basement, what a safety school is. You just can't make this stuff up fast enough.

Ralph is now 3 away. After he gets to 100K, anyone not named Ralph who deletes a thread that takes him back under 100K gets nuked.
