There's supposed to be a big walking mall area with great bars and food throughout it. This is based upon what I know from a buddy who's been there. It might be a tourist trap, but it's supposed to be a good one.

I believe that’s the Power and Light District — we’re staying near there, so we’re falling for the tourist trap if so.

Howdy Lodge. Trying to get many little things done today/tomorrow before I leave on vacation Friday. Headed to Aruba! First time. Not bringing the work phone because I can't get any kind of international calling/data/whatever plan if it's not for a business trip. OH WELL!!

You’ll love Aruba — beautiful. Warm and windy, though.

Just a tip, alcohol tripled in price thanks to the Hurricanes last year wreaking havoc on other tourist locations near there. You can bring up to 1 liter of a plastic bottle of alcohol, and the duty free at the airport is also the cheapest option, if you need to prepare.

Evening, Lodge. Got a new truck driver today for our shuttle truck between buildings. This guy is awesome so far. Our last guy was good, don't get me wrong, but beeched a little too much about stuff; ended up leaving for some city truck job. This guy is all over this job; makes things a lot easier. Still learning the little things about how my building does things/stages product, but have a feeling he's gonna really work out well.

Was notified I had to take a mandatory Sex Harassment In The Workplace course today (online). And when I logged in, I was 10 days overdue in taking it. Way to notify me about it, you imbeciles.

Got a perfect score on the quiz, because it was a complete joke. Pretty sure someone higher up said "We have to show we're doing something" and hired some hack company to put it together (one hint: organize was spelled with an "s" not a "z"). The min score you had to get was 1680....out of 2400...to pass.

Guessing Canada. However, since we are an American-based company, it would probably make more sense to spell the words the way we spell them.

Edit: the "hack" comment was more directed at how obvious the questions were.

"Organise" is the UK spelling.

Thought Canada did that, too? Like colour, behaviour, and such for words. Adopted UK spellings......
