Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #175: More Spring Cleaning

Good afternoon Lodge.

Who needs St. Lucia? I spent about 7 hours on Lake Winnibigoshish Saturday. It was sunny and we stood on glare ice. I am sunburned and will have a good base for summer. :D

Blech. I think my brakes are going bad. Luckily, my brother has some space coming up at the dealership to take a look-see, along with the once-every-two-years checkup on my Death Wobble that Jeeps are known to get when they get older. In my case, it's the (IIRC) t-bar or something that just needs balancing. If I hit a good-sized pothole/sunken manhole when doing 55-60, the whole front end wobbles like crazy until I drop speed down to about 50-52. Weirdest thing.

Note: It's called the "Death Wobble" because oftentimes, there are so many possibilities of what it COULD be, and the cause is oftentimes not located, that's it's not worth trying to fix, meaning the death of your vehicle.

Good Morning, Lodge!

Another day of hell at work. We need help in the warehouse/bindry department badly. Each candidate that has applied are pretty much worthless.

I should be heading north!?!

Last night in my own bed for a while as we leave for Chicago tonight.

Hope I haven't forgotten anything...

Good Morning Lodge.

Gurt, of course you forgot something, just hope it isn't anything important. Besides, they sell stuff in St. Lucia, just take lots of cash - I recommend at least $25K, the customs folks won't see anything suspicious about that.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #175: More Spring Cleaning

They're already watching me I just know it. Last thing I need is to be carrying that much cash. Suppose I could stick it somewhere they might not look...

Morning Lodge. Back in Michigan, and I wake up to gray skies, drizzle, and 1-2" of overnight wet slush. Lousy Smarch weather! I feel like this is some sort of biblical punishment for leaving Colorado. :p
