At least he didn't get it due to a pothole, in the back seat of a '74 Nova.

Or stop by a pawn shop in the ghetto.

And am liking work this week. I don't even have 18 hours yet! *fistpump*

Other than that, I got nothing.

It's been raining here for quite some time. We sort of need it, but it will keep the farmers out of the fields for a couple of days unfortuntely. Today is the last day this week I should have any obligations; trying to have everything done for Homecoming Weekend to start early.

The rain killed my commute today. It caused traffic to crawl starting all the way back into Lakeville, which caused me to the miss the bus and I therefore had to drive downtown. That wouldn't be so bad except that there's a construction zone on 77, just outside the Mall of America, which just so happens to flood over nicely. I didn't know that until today, and almost hydroplaned into one of the barriers. To steal a line from a Cake song, "Bowel-shaking earthquakes of doubt and remorse/Assail him, impale him with monster truck force." My stomach knotted up nicely there for a few minutes.
